Always Take Care take great pride in the quality of our staff and the fact that many of our carers find us through recommendation is testament to the home care services we currently provide. Many of our carers have previous experience as nurses or come from a similar background.
All our carers are referenced and have a current Disclosure & Barring Services check as required by law.
We train our carers using an extensive training program, covering all aspects that they will need to provide a caring and professional service to our clients. Our training course is conducted at our offices, with a maximum of 3 to 4 carers on any one course. This enables us to give the team the one-to-one training that they require, allowing us to answer any questions that they may have or cover any subjects that they feel they may not have fully understood.
At Always Take Care, we as trainers, pride ourselves in keeping up-to-date with training - using current methods of moving and handling and this information is passed onto the carers in our training courses.
We are always in touch with our carers and have an 'open door' policy regarding communication. We are available to take calls from carers day or night should they have any queries or problems.
